This fixes nothing. The reason they needed a “grant” in the first place was because of debt. The problem which is debt stays if the rate of spending spending doesn’t change. Second this is either tax payer money or money created out of nowhere by the treasury and controlled by the FED. Pick your poison. Either choice is horrendous. Most importantly what were the stipulations for said grant? It’s not free. The FED does nothing for free.
