GENERAL TIPS

Spacing:

Okizeme:

Wave Dash: (Forward movement)
Only certain characters Like Jin have this. Test this input on your character to see if they have it. The motion is. 66, 236, 6, 236, 6, 236, 6, 236… so on and so fourth.

Korean Back Dash: (Backward movement)
I have no tips for this yet. I’m not as good as this because I’m a very offensive player. 99% of the time I will choose to move forward (wave dash if my character has it) than back dash or space at all. When I learn how to do it properly I post tips here.

FENG

Combos
6LK, RK, LK, LK, LP, LP [Better for stage with walls. Easy follow up]

-6LK, RK, LK, LK, 1LP, RK, dash in 4LP+RP [un-techable combo. 68 damage. Best used on wall-less stage]

-6LK, RK, LK, LK, 1LP, RK, [LK, RK], LK (73 damage: Wall-less stage)

Mixups and reset combos:
-6LK, RK, LK, LK, LP, LP (Mixup here. next input enters stance) 6LK+RK, RP (<– mid attack. Juggles. Breaks crouching guard)

-6LP+RP, 66RP (Mixup here. next input enters stance) 6LK+RK, RP (<– mid attack. Juggles. Breaks crouching guard)

-6LK, RK, LK, LK, 1LP, RK, [LK, RK] (mixup here) 2RK, LP+RP

Setups:

Wave Dashing with Feng:
Even though Feng has a command dash I don’t think he can double dash like Jin. That be said, Feng’s command dash can be preformed back to back. Jin’s command dash can not do this. What I’m saying is Feng basically has a ghetto wave dash. Just do 236 motion all day to get inside.

Other tips:
-Feng command dash can be used to avoid high attacks

GIGAS

Combos
-4LP, 6RP, LP LP… 4RK
-1LK+RK (enters stance) LP, 6RP, LP, Air grab
-66RK, RP, Air grab (84 damage combo)

JOSIE

COMBOS:
– 3RP, LK, LK, 6RK, LK, (reset here) 2LK, RK, RK… run in LK (does jump kick)

=======================================
=======================================

KUMA

Combos
-3RP, 3LP, 3LK, RP, 4LP
-66RP, 9RP+LP, 3LK, RP, 4LP

Mixups and reset combos:
-3RP, 3LP, 3LK, RP, 9LK+RK (mixup here–>) hold forward to roll, RP (mid attack that juggles. beats crouching guard)

-3RP, 3LP, 3LK, RP, 9LK+RK (mixup here –>) LP (low attack that floats)

-3RP, 3LP, 3LK, RP, 9LK+RK (mixup here–>) hold forward to roll, LK (hits low)

-66RP, 9RP+LP, 3LK, RP, 9LK+RK (mixup here–>) hold forward to roll, RP (mid attack that juggles. beats crouching guard)

-66RP, 9RP+LP, 3LK, RP, 9LK+RK (mixup here –>) LP (low attack that floats)

-66RP, 9RP+LP, 3LK, RP, 9LK+RK (mixup here–>) hold forward to roll, LK (hits low)

Strategy – This is my opinion but I believe because of bear stance Kuma (and Panda) will have some of the best okizeme (that means wakeup mixup options) in the game. If so these should be very offensive characters.

MASTER RAVEN

COMBOS:
– [RK, LK] RK, LP, LP, 4RP, RK, RP, 236LK, RK [Midscreen – 68 damage]

=======================================
=======================================

PAUL:

COMBOS:

-66LK, RK, 4LP, RP, 236RP
-While rising RP, 3LP, 4RK, 236RP
-3RP, 3LP, 4RK, 236RP
-(Counter hit) 1RP, 4LP, RP, 236RP
-(Counter hit) 214LP, 3LP, 4RK, 236RP
-(Counter hit) 214RK, 3LP, 4RK, 236RP

Strategy:
-Learning to death fist — The motion is “236, P” not “236+P.” The inputs can not be combined or overlapped. As far as I can tell inputs should be returning back to neutral as you press P
