100 hour overtime cap? That’s pointless because the cap is to high. Most people working 7 days a week wont reach that number.

This is basically slavery. The term indentured servant comes to mind. Japan needs anti slavery laws, seriously.

    I agree with you completely. I worked as an interpreter for Japanese automotive companies and even as an American in that type of role I had to be sure not to leave until I was no longer needed which I had to assume was late as they all worked very late. 70 hours per week was common for me even.
